"Almost always, the winning idea is also the simplest, but it's certainly not easy to come up with it to stay at the top," says Bruno Ferrarese, co-owner of the Venetian company Idrobase Group, winner for the second year of the MCE Excellence Award at the Mostra Convegno Expocomfort held in Milan (in 2022 it was awarded for the BKM3.0 device, a result of research with the University of Padua and designed to eliminate viruses, including Coronavirus, while keeping environments up to 200 square meters healthy). 

After BKM 3.0, this year the Special Technical Jury chaired by the Polytechnic University of Milan awarded Adiabatic Fog 5 years without breakages, which increases cooling capacity by 30% while simultaneously reducing energy consumption by 30%.
Indeed, the system designed by Idrobase guarantees, thanks to nebulization, to keep the air temperature at the entrance of the air conditioning systems below the threshold of 35 degrees, beyond which efficiency decreases and there is a risk of the cooling process being blocked.FOG Adiabatico 5 Years Without Breakage provides a comprehensive solution to sustainability challenges in the HVAC sector, embracing not the costly philosophy of repair on demand, but that of energy efficiency.
