The embryo of the Italian business network for environmental anti-pollution solutions is born in Ecomondo; to be promoters are two leading companies: Idrobase Group (specialized in nebulization, based in Borgoricco in the province of Padua) and Sibilia (producer of industrial vacuum cleaner, based in Castelletto Sopra Ticino, in the province of Novara). The basic idea is simple: to offer an integrated solution for the suppression of the notorious dusts PM 10 and PM 2.5, dropped to the ground by Idrobase’s fog makers and then collected by Sibilia’s machinery, respecting the approach of “air washing and surface cleaning”.
The project, however, looks beyond, aiming at a global market made above all of foundries, cement factories, coal plants.
“In Italy – points out Bruno Ferrarese, co-chair of Idrobase Group – there are skills and know-how, capable of winning in international markets. However, it is necessary to create a system.”For this reason, the suggestion is open to new entrances: in particular, the followings are sought after: a company that produces sweepers, one for wheeled industrial vacuum cleaners, and one for the design of integrated solutions to be offered according to the “contractor” model.
“The first stages of the presentation roadmap on the markets have also already been defined: after Rimini, the nascent business network will be at the ISSA Pulire Clean Africa in Lagos, in Nigeria, in February and then at IFAT in Munich, in Germany.So, the die is cast.
