Idrobase Nordic is born

The universe of Idrobase Group is expanding: thanks to a partnership Sibilia within the Safebreath.net business network, Idrobase Nordic has been born, joining similar entities already operating in France, Spain, Korea, and China. This time, the focus is on the 3 Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway) plus Finland. The goal is to achieve a turnover of 2 million euros within three years.
The Veneto-based group, a leader in the use of high-pressure water and "Breathing Clean Air," is now targeting consolidation in the American and Japanese markets. Present at the Ecomondo exhibition in Rimini after events in Amsterdam and Lyon, Idrobase Group has initiated a profound transformation in its corporate structure while keeping human capital at the center.
"The image," says Bruno Ferrarese, Co-owner of the company based in Borgoricco, Padua, "is that of a table with four legs: building, team, products, and organization. We have already invested in the first three assets; now it's time for the production chain.
"Thus, the Paduan company is further improving performance by applying the "Lean" model, developed by the Japanese Toyota to maximize production efficiency. Moreover, at full capacity, this will allow the release of the workforce needed to activate a new internal production line."Combining innovation and automation with the protection and development of employment is our challenge," explains the other Co-owner, Bruno Gazzignato. "In line with our corporate philosophy, we want to further demonstrate that better working conditions enable greater competitiveness and the well-being of those who operate within."
"The fire of last year," concludes Ferrarese,"led us to build a new Idrobase based on the values of the team, highlighted precisely in times of greatest difficulty. We have thus created company environments, free of pollutants, where one can express oneself in maximum comfort, inventing new working methods based on project aggregation. We already had the product offering thanks to a catalog of hundreds of references, constantly evolving and updating. Now we need to put all the pieces together, seeking maximum efficiency.
