Idrobase Group strengthens its business

THE NEW IDROBASE: INAUGURATION ON 10 JULY EXACTLY ONE YEAR AFTER THE FIRE

"The post-pandemic globalized market forces small and medium-sized companies to make a choice: be bought by larger companies or strengthens its business through acquisitions and joint ventures; we have chosen the second path. That is why, strengthened by our positive experiences in France and Korea, we are working to establish Idrobase distribution realities in North America, Spain and Japan.
" This is stated by Bruno Ferrarese, Co-President of Idrobase Group, who has just returned from a "business trip" targeting the markets of the United States, Singapore and China, from where comes a first novelty for the Venetian "pocket multinational": a new distributor on the large eastern market for the Autobella line, a mix of automotive products "made in Italy", but also branded "Allforclean", the Chinese company 100% controlled by Idrobase Group. 

"Allforclean-Idrobase China", founded in 2004, has about fifty employees; besides being the logistic base for the eastern penetration of the Padua-based parent company, it produces solutions for the 'cleaning' and 'car washing' sectors: research, engineering, and production marketing are Italian, as is the management. Fifty per cent of production is destined for foreign countries, mainly the U.S.A., while the other half is taken up by specific products for the internal market. 
Moreover, the production of detergents for ecological car washing is definitively started in the Ningbo plant; Daerg China is an Italian entrepreneurial initiative, born in 2021 from the synergy between "Idrobase Group" and "Daerg Chimica" to offer a combined solution between detergents and mechanical "hardware", aimed at the Chinese car wash market, which every year is enriched by 21 million vehicles. 

Finally, Idrobase Group announces an important event: next Monday, 10 July, one year after the disastrous fire, the new Idrobase will be inaugurated, built to be even more modern and innovative, adopting new dynamic ways of working and respecting the company's 'Breathe Clean Air' philosophy; the ribbon-cutting ceremony will be preceded by two days dedicated to international customers.

 "It will be a celebration," concludes Ferrarese, "but above all the sealing of a path, where an element of crisis has become an opportunity for reflection and corporate growth."
