The new Stainless Steel & POM Foam Lance is one of the most interesting news at 2015 Clean Expo

The new Stainless Steel & POM Foam Lance by CdR has been selected among the most interesting news at 2015 Clean Expo (Moscow, 20^th-22^nd October). A very significant reward considering that the Moscow exhibition is the most important Russian trade fair in the professional cleaning market. Club dei Riparatori raises the bar on the cleaning and car wash market offering this Stainless Steel & POM Foam Lance, designed to meet cleaning and car wash needs. This new CdR product has a Stainless Steel AISI 304 body and a Polyoxymethylene (POM) delivery: in order to assure an exponentially increased product life if compared to traditional brass foam lances. CdR has chosen to use Stainless Steel and POM in order to obtain a more lasting, dense and full-bodied foam. Detergent and brass trigger a reaction that causes a deterioration in the classic lances brass body; instead, the Stainless Steel body does not oxidize, ensuring a product with top quality and efficiency. The traditional Stainless Steel lance versions have poor performance considering the quality and quantity of foam released, because the filter is clogged by micro flakes of oxide. With the POM delivery foam lance version, the oxidation issue has been solved. POM, indeed, is a synthetic thermoplastic polymer used in the production of high precision parts that require high stiffness, low friction and excellent dimensional stability. This specific problem has been solved thanks to the new filter, made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel, which prevents oxidation and ensures a duration increased by 150%.
